Our Project Managers are the bridge between a great design and a finished field. In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients and the leader of our on-site crews. We need someone who is great at solving problems on their feet and can keep a project moving smoothly from the first dig to the final walkthrough. If you love variety and enjoy seeing a project come to life from start to finish, this is the perfect spot for you.
Based out of our Burnaby hub, our Estimators help us plan for success before a single shovel hits the ground. You’ll be responsible for looking at site plans, calculating materials, and providing clear, honest quotes to our customers. We are looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail who understands the real-world costs of construction. Your work ensures our projects stay on budget and our clients know exactly what to expect.
This is where the magic happens. Our Vancouver installation team is on the front lines, turning empty lots into world-class sports fields and beautiful lawns. You’ll be working outdoors, handling everything from base preparation and drainage to the precision fitting of the turf itself. We aren’t just looking for labor – we want craftsmen who care about the small details. We provide the training; you bring the work ethic and the desire to build something great.
